Attend Meetings & Activities

  • Except for special, announced circumstances, all meetings are open to the public free-of-charge.
  • Meetings contain a brief social period, business session, guest speaker, lunch (on-site or local restaurant), and afternoon educational field trip. A display table is provided for handouts, posters, educational exhibits, and limited sales items.

  • The GNTA State Meeting is held on the third Tuesday of alternate months (Jan., Mar., May, Jul., Sep., Nov.) at various locations around the state.
  • The schedule for the chapter meetings are set by the individual units. Southeast Chapter meetings are currently held at the state meetings. Check the newsletters and calendar of events page for details.
  • Special events such as conferences and seasonal excursions are announced in the newsletters and Calendar of Events page.
  • Committee and Board of Directors meetings are held either on-call, by e-mail, or the morning of the general meetings.

Help in the work of the GNTA by becoming a Friend-of-the-Association. You can make a one-time donation of time and/or money or contribute on a regular basis. Note that all monetary contributions are tax-deductible. Refer to Form 2 of the GNTA Membership Application and/or Donation packet as listed under " Become a Member."
